The space

My husband and I prefer quiet homes in residential neighborhoods when we travel and offer ours to like-minded people whenever we’re away. I place an emphasis on upscale furnishings, organic amenities, and excellent customer service. Providing guests the same five-star touches that I look for when I travel: lodging located in a gorgeous neighborhood, safety, cleanliness, high-speed Internet, upscale linens, towels, mattresses, furnishings, and kitchenware.

Peaceful 2-bedroom (1 king, 1 queen) 2-bathroom cottage with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, 2 offices, a sauna, an outdoor dining area and parking conveniently located in the driveway.

Our home rests on a quiet tree-lined street on the North Shore of Long Island, with the Sound directly across the street.

The space is renovated and features high ceilings and abundant windows to bring in the view. Enhancing the area is a side garden for dining alfresco, and a firepit for conversation under the stars.

Comfortable contemporary and antique furnishings are accented by eclectic décor. You’ll find the kitchen well-stocked. The master bedroom is nicely sized, with an organic king mattress and a nearby bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is smaller, with a queen mattress and windows on two sides and the bathroom just around the corner. A washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Steps from our door you will find a pathway leading down to the Sound, and a short drive away will lead you to restaurants, cafes, salons, and shopping.
