The space
I am an experienced host who has been awarded SuperHost Status on Airbnb and this is one of several units that I manage. I provide guests the same five-star touches that I look for when I travel: lodging located in a gorgeous neighborhood, safety, cleanliness, high-speed Internet and upscale linens, towels, mattresses, furnishings and kitchenware.
Spacious DuPont Circle-Kalorama home rests on a quiet tree-lined street in one of the most preferred areas of DC. We are mingled among beautiful mansions, embassies and presidential dwellings.
The home is renovated and has 1000 square feet of indoor living space, featuring high ceilings, tall windows and original French doors. Enhancing those quarters are two balconies: just off the kitchen for dining alfresco, and next to the bedroom for morning coffee and quiet conversation outdoors.
Comfortable contemporary and antique furnishings are accented by eclectic décor. You’ll find the kitchen well-stocked for all your cooking needs.
The spiral staircase leads to a master retreat that is tucked away from the rest of the home. The bedroom is nicely sized and comfortably appointed. Complementing the space are a full bathroom, a sunroom alcove, and a balcony. Extra privacy can be had if traveling with couples, as the sofa sleeper and half bath on the main level expands the sleeping quarters.
Steps from our door you will find a corner market and a dry cleaner. Just a few blocks beyond you’ll enjoy restaurants, cafes, salons, theater and shopping.
Please Note: I book on a first-come basis, pricing is based on 2 lodgers, driveway parking can be added to your quote and the furnishings are constantly evolving.
